Fairhive Homes Ltd is holding a public consultation exercise for land to the south of The Rise in Gawcott.

There will be a Planning Event at Gawcott Village Hall on Monday 1^st September 2025 to share the proposed scheme with the local community, and seek their comments and opinions, in advance of making any formal planning submission.

A website has been created as part of this exercise, and it provides details of the proposed development options. In addition, there is a contact form that users can utilise to get in touch to share their queries or comments, and a dedicated email address.
